CLZ001 is a high-affinity anti-PROX1 antibody designed to trigger endogenous retinal regeneration.
It targets extracellular PROX1 proteins, a key inhibitory factor that suppresses tissue repair and regeneration.
By neutralizing extracellular PROX1, CLZ001 reactivates dormant Müller glia regenerative pathways and offers a novel approach to restoring vision.
CLZ002 is an AAV gene therapy that delivers a gene encoding an anti-PROX1 antibody to the diseased retina when CLZ001 is not applicable.
